How this service works
- We will discuss your intended use of eBay and help your decide whether to register as an individual or business
- We will help you register with eBay UK
- We will help you create a Paypal account
- We will link any available credit or debit cards that you want to use for payment
- We will help you to confirm delivery addresses
- You’ll be given a guided tour of the interface and useful features of the website
- If appropriate, we can help you find and purchase an item or create a listing to sell an item
- We can only purchase items classed as ‘NEW’ which are available for immediate purchase (BIN items) and for residential customers only
- Any items to be bought will need to be paid for upfront prior to purchase
- A standard non-refundable service charge of £5 applies to each purchase
- Bought items will need to be picked up within 48 hours of delivery
- You will be notified once the item has been delivered
- Items that need to be returned will be done at your cost by you
- We will refund the cost of the item to you once we have received a refund from the seller
- We will discuss the item to be sold and decide on:
- Listing format (Buy it now or auction)
- Starting Price
- Reserve Price
- Pictures of Item
- Listing Duration
- Posting and Packing Cost
- Local Pickup options
- Delivery Options
- Payment Options
- Fixed Price
- Best Offers
- Returns
- Fees and Charges
- Any FAQs
- We will list the item in the appropriate format with the appropriate images in the right category
- We will liaise with you to respond to questions or offers from buyers
- Once an item has been sold and we have payment, we will notify you and provide you with details of where to send the item
- This should always be via trackable means (i.e. Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery on courier)
- Payment will be transferred to you via cheque or bank transfer once either of the following happens:
- We receive positive feedback on eBay for the sale or
- 10 days have passed from the date of the sale
- Basic fees and charges for selling an item include:
- £5 non-refundable administration fee
- 25% of the final amount received (once eBay fees have been taken)
