• We aim to provide accurate and technical guidance to clients to help them improve their technical proficiency and solve their own issues where appropriate and without risk.

 Friendly

• We aim to be approachable by any member of the public - no matter what colour, age, sex or religion you are.
• We will try to help you in whatever way we can - no question is too silly or small to ask.
• We will readily come and discuss things with you face to face if you are in High Wycombe, or at a mutually convenient time if you live outside of High Wycombe.
• We will happily use any service or facility available to you or us to try and help you, which includes (but isn't limited to):

  • Telephone
  • Instant Messaging
  • Message Boards
  • Remote control of your PC

 Professional

• We will endeavour to provide a response to any email you send us within 48 hours
• We will endeavour to respond to any voicemails within 24 hours.
• Any appointments you request will be scheduled and attended by Mughal Computer Services on time.
• We offer support by email if you are an existing client.
• We aim to provide you with real value for money by keeping our costs low, and by making sure our charges are not over-inflated.
