	If you have problems on your PC with viruses, spyware or adware then we can help and remove these unwanted pieces of software from your machine. Once removed, we will also help to ensure you have adequate protection from these undesirable programs. We will offer a variety of software options to help you protect your PC.
PC Troubleshooting / Repair
	Computer not performing well? Got an error message on your screen? Does Windows not boot anymore? If so, then this is the service for you. We will troubleshoot the cause of the problem, and then either fix it for you, or agree a way forward if we think a part needs to be replaced. Most parts can be replaced cheaply and easily, although some may necessitate your PC needing to be taken away for advanced diagnostics.
PC Upgrades
	Is your computer slowing down, or has some component of your PC broken down? We can upgrade or replace most PC components for you in the comfort of your own home (apart from motherboards and power supplies). If you've already bought a replacement part for your computer, then we can fit it for you. If you haven't, then we can select the best performing component for you, and help you to purchase it at the best possible price. We will then fit it your PC when convenient.
Software Training
	Got some new software which you're not sure how to use? Need to get work done using a particular piece of software, but not sure how to get started? Give us a call and we'll help you to complete your task successfully. We'll also provide training to help you get the best from the most common software. It doesn't matter if you're completely new to computers or experienced, we can help. We understand how hard it can be to get started with computers, and how daunting it can be. New PC Installation & Configuration
	If you've got a new PC recently but aren't sure how to put it together, then we can set it up for you and configure it according to your wishes. We will as part of the service also connect any extra peripherals you have (printer, digital camera, scanner etc) and show you how to use them. Once setup, we will then optimize it for you so it's working at it's full potential. Companies will often charge hefty fees to send an engineer to put together a PC for you. Since we are local, we can do it much more cheaply and efficiently - give us a call!
Internet Connections Setup
	Do you have a broadband connection that isn't working? Perhaps you'd like to get broadband but not sure which ISP (Internet Service Provider) to choose? We can provide advice on choosing a good ISP, based upon your needs and anticipated usage. The cheapest ISPs are not always the best - especially when it comes to customer service!. Once you've chosen a new ISP - we can help you setup a new internet connection, and if necessary purchase new modems or routers to get you started. We can also setup your internet connection so it is available wirelessly to other PCs in your home.
Data Backup onto CD/DVD
	Need to have your data backed up but don't have the facilities? We can backup your data onto CD or DVD. Depending on how much data you have, it may be possible to do this at your home or business. We can help provide advice on the best way to backup, and the best hardware and software to do it.
